Il existe plusieurs mécanismes permettant aux ONG en partenariat officiel avec l’UNESCO de donner leur avis sur les décisions prises par l’agence, ainsi que de participer à des consultations pour le bénéfice collectif de la communauté des ONG par le biais du Comité de liaison ONG-UNESCO.
